Located at 6538 Nelson Avenue, MET II is the second of Concord’s twin towers in the heart of Metrotown. Rising 38 storeys and LEED Silver–certified, the tower forms a concrete and glass landmark situated steps from the Metrotown SkyTrain station, Bonsor Recreation Centre, and major retail destinations like Metropolis and Crystal Mall. Landscaping is subtle but integral, buffering street-level edges with planting and defining entrance terraces while anchoring connections to surrounding public spaces and transit.

The project features top-notch building amenities all linked to landscaped patios, water features and formal gardens at the podium level and street level . These outdoor zones transition seamlessly to the broader MET master plan, setting the tone for elevated urban life style and ecological landscape design.
